Determine Your Destiny, Inc. Is a Non-Profit based in West Baltimore with ethically based values and committed to quality professional care with respect, dignity and acceptance for all ethnic goups and religious backgrounds, focusing on commitment and inclusion for our participants, and working in a collaborative effort to stragetically and efficiently provide obtainable goals moving forward in a structured environment with stronger principles and determination for Baltimore City residents.

Our mission is to help citizens of Baltimore City recognize and overcome obstacles they face resulting from the environmental impacts of their living environments and the society we live in, focusing on person centered wellness. We strive to build our community up, focusing on family dynamics, healthy relationships, relaspe prevention, mental health wellness and physical wellness. Our commitment is to meet everyone where they are, focusing on the family unit while addressing individual needs through a variety of therapies and services. Giving each person who seeks help the help they need until they are self suffiecent and empowered to stand on their own.
